I had a much different experience there 3 weeks ago. I used points for 2 rooms and was upgraded to ocean front view for both rooms. One of the rooms was even upgraded to an Executive Suite with 1,100 square feet! I also received 25% off all meals. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The hotel is awesome and the staff is very friendly. I have stayed there a total of 3 times. I would recommend this hotel highly.

I don't agree with your statement that parts of the hotel look worn. I find the hotel to be extremely impressive and very well kept up.

I can only assume that I was treated differently from you because I am a Platinum member...who knows?
