Conclusion:

TSA people treat passengers miserably because they themselves are miserable people.
You would be miserable too if you had to wear a smurf uniform that is three times too small. That alone would shrink a few million brain cells by cause of constriction. Now add the list above and just imagine the agony these blue people go through.
