Turks and caicos fare on ACV - cheap!!
Just in case anyone is looking, AC vacations website has two adult fares from YYZ to PLS for 857.00 CAD taxes/fees inc for both passengers dep Feb 14th RT Feb 21. Same fare on AC is is almost 2900.00CAD.
