For 2010 I was a Presidential Platinum elite. Now that we are in Jan 2011 how do I know if I'm still Pres. Platinum? The reason is if I fly CO metal flights I got 125% mileage bonus instead of the regular 100%. I have a few flights coming up and want to decide between UA, AC and CO.

When I checked my account details at continental.com it just refers to as Platinum; of course it was the same way last year in 2010.

I tried to call One pass service center...and the wait times are horrible. Gave up!

Called Platinum Desk...but they can confirm I'm Platinum but they referred me to OPSC.
