We had a most pleasant 3 night stay here in late Dec.---upgraded as a Gold to a quiet spacious room facing west. As a previous poster mentioned, they provide consistently good service, with a very friendly reception desk. Good breakfasts, and the gym was clean, uncrowded, and had a few elliptical machines (my preference) mixed in with the treadmills. Along with the extremely convenient location close to the Dupont Circle metro stop, the hotel provided a very nice experience, and we look forward to staying again one day (perhaps as a Plat!)
