Based on my personal experience LAST year (i.e., in 2010), you will not get those 2 CR1s until the sweep AFTER you have requalified for 1K. I was told that if I did not requalify, I would not get them. I did requalify before the end of Q1, and did get them (automatically) in the next sweep. No insight if it matters in which quarter you requalify, but I suspect you need to do it the first quarter to get the 2 CR1s for Q1. YMMV.
