As the post Swalwagner found says, the hard product is better than UA's old F. Everything else sucks. The non-stop options aren't very good, with CO being the least bad. The best experience you'll have requires an extra stop at YYZ, and then you get AC's ExecutiveFirst product: http://bit.ly/LgxJv

IMHO, it's the best North America > GRU service out there. UA will be a close second when they finally convert their 777 fleet, remains to be seen if they start flying those from EWR after the merger is complete.
