You guys just don't get it. Tango is predatory. AC's cost structure means that at $169 YYC-YYZ, they are dumping seats. By my calculations, they need a minimum of $250 to just recover their costs, let alone return a profit to the shareholder. AC will never show Tango or LCC as a separate entity on the balance sheets to hide this fact.

By not building lounges or FF programs, WJ has ensured that tey can keep costs (and in turn fares) down, and still make a profit.

You people have said that if fares are equal, then miles and MLL will put your a** in a Tango seat before the competition. You are suckers, falling for Milton's shell game. The sooner the gov't gets some balls, and develops a proper transportation policy, the better this country will be. Until such time, its a David and Goliath situation.
