RCC does not offer one-day pass, just an one-time pass. CO PC does offer an one day pass.

OPs question had to do with the difference in the operation (one-time vs one-day). OP appears to understand the pass can be used at either lounge, the question is will RCC follow the one-day rule for the CO PC pass.
