I have not flown in WT+, but I have been to inspect the cabin and the seats on a lightly loaded flights when there were not many passengers there. It looks quite good to be honest.
I would say that the options in order of preference on the 70J 747 is:
first preference: 28G or 29G, 28J, 29JK or the equivalent on the other side
second preference: two window and aisle pairs with one in front of the other
third preference: two window and aisle pairs away from one another
last preference: four seats together in the middle.
