To the second, no, they won't install flat beds on the 777 fleet. One indicator is that new deliveries have the existing lie flat product, and if they wanted to do this, they would have already started doing so. Moreover, Emirates is notorious for inconsistency in hard product, and they know that. Trying to change the product on a fleet that is well over 80 aircraft is a very challenging, if not expensive, task.
As the A380 is deployed on many of the ULH routes, these will see flat beds anyway. I think the next new J product will be on the A350s.
BAd news for me I dont think the A380 is technically capable of doing GRU-DXB...or is it?
