No not all suites have ocean veiw.

In the past few years all the suites I have stayed at are located around the Grand Club,
I don't think they give Diamonds,suites on the other side of the property.

I have had suites that face the bali collection parking lot and some partial
and full view suites.

and no more bali t-shirts as an dia. amenity.
