You should be able to use both 2-4-1s online as long as the booking isn't mixed class and you're in the same HHA. I did this exact thing last week.

If you're doing mixed class then I don't know how it works if at all as you can only use your 2-4-1 on a single booking

Have a look on MMB where your companion vouchers appear at the top then just click through and it should work easily..
