ACTUALLY...it was my understanding that if you have a first class ticket on an Alaska operated flight (Alaska metal) that you get entrance into the Alaska Lounge (Boardroom)....
I used miles to get a first class award ticket that include an Alaska operated LAX-SFO segment and was able to use the LAX boardroom without a problem based on my first class boarding pass. (But this was a few years ago...)
