I would rank MH Enrich program an A simply for the fact that I can and have redeemed many seats in the past without hassles. They have much more generous redemption quota than I can find with anyone else even SQ's Krisflyer where you need double the amount of points required for a standard award if you require anything more than one seat. Last July I was able to redeem 5 tickets in First from SYD-KUL return, the year before 3 tickets in Business from ADL-SIN return and year before that 2 tickets in Business from ADL-KUL return. This year I am looking to redeem 5 tickets from ADL-LAX, and it appears that they have 4 seats available for redemption in Business, including at least 9 seats available in Business for redemption for the ADL-KUL sector. Sure, their IT department may not be the best, but the ease of redemption and very reasonable prices (points) more than made up for it.
