Not yet, but it crossed by mind. But:
A) As evidenced by the recent rollover episode, CSR's may not know or have conflicting information too. I thought this might be a way to get a single "official" answer.
B) Given the various answers I've seen in other threads, I thought it might be useful to others to get such an answer.
