It looks like shipping and handling are $9.99. The processing fee on a $3,000 card was only between $3-4, so not that huge of a discount here. Still curious to know if anyone else has received this or if it is a common targeted offer.
I think it is for everyone. It's what people were using in the coin thread. Now the mint apparently does not take the amex gift cards anymore.
