The hotel probably does not have the SPG5 rate plan activated properly - even though it appears that they should. We are checking on this.

Other than that, high season for this hotel runs from January 16th - March 29th & then December 22nd - 31st in 2003. It picks up again in 2004 on January 1st - 4th, so this looks like a rare oppportunity to go for less Starpoints than usual.
