AmEx Gift Cards Fee Free
I received an email this morning at 12:25 a.m. from American Express. It appears to be targeted, as they reference one of my cards for which the offer is being sent, and I have multiple AmEx cards. Has anyone else received this offer? I am wondering if I purchase a card or cards, can I use these cards to buy coins? Here are the details and terms:
