Virtually any hotel should offer this service, and it is certainly available from ALL of the top hotels. On Kowloon side The Peninsula is famous for its fleet of Rolls Royce Phantoms, which are painted in Peninsula`s shade of green.
A Mercedes Benz S-class, or similar car is what you will get at most properties.
The Peninsula Hong Kong is also well known for its helicopter transfers.
Helicopter transfer is only during daylight hours and cannot accomodate baggage (it comes by car separately); cost was USD 1000 when I tried to use it a few years ago (but could not as it did not operate during my hours).
Most room rates do not include limo transfer, it is readily available at extra cost (quite reasonable in the case of the Pen, less reasonable for the IC) and is in the range of USD 100-200. Nice but not cost effective compared to USD 30 cost of a taxi and USD 12 cost of the Airport Express.
