Through an odd set of circumstances, I'm going to end up flying on 5 domestic United flights next Sunday. My "connection" cities are ORD, MCO, IAD, and DEN. All of these have RCCs and I have at least 1:30 layover in each city. Thus, I'd like to buy a day pass to get RCC access. United only offers one-time passes, but Continental sells day passes which should grant UA RCC access.

However, you'll notice that none of these cities have CO President's clubs. Therefore, this will only work if I can buy the pass online or over the phone. CO's website doesn't seem to have a buy online option (am I missing something?), and their phone lines aren't open on weekends, so I'm wondering if anyone here has experience with this? Also, will it be a problem trying to first use a CO day pass at a United RCC?

If it matters, the first two flights were booked through the CO website but are operated by United - it was literally half price to do it this way. As a side note, by calling web support I was able to get upgrades requested (shows upgrade: pending). I am UA 2P with no status on CO.
