My fiancee and I are thinking about going to Hawaii for our honeymoon next May. We've never been there and don't know too much about the islands at this point. Any recommendations on where to stay for our honeymoon?

Also, how is Hawaii in May? Is it
considered a low or high season at that time?

One more thing (lots of questions today) - I've read a few posts about the Orchid in Hawaii being a great place to stay. However when I look at spg.com for hotels in Hawaii, I don't find anything called the Orchid. Is it called something else?
