I submitted an on line complaint via the TSA site detailing time, place, gate, line etc but this appears to have been buried and the silence is deafening.

I do not want other passengers exposed to these fascists. What is the next logical step: Congressperson, senator, legal recourse?
Local offices of your congressperson and senators. A letter from legal counsel (not too expensive to get a lawyer to write it on letterhead - will cause agency to take it seriously) would also be appropriate.
