Well I thought that I would sample the CO international product to Europe and booked my first CO flight in 5 years last week and selected my seats fine at booking. I checked the itinerary on Thursday and everything was fine. Went to the website again on Friday to book more travel and my seat assignments were zeroed-out, so I re-selected my seats. I checked-in again Friday afternoon and they had CHANGED all of my seat assignments. I had to take a call and didn't re-select my seats at that time but went back yesterday and could not select any seats either. Since the plane is nearly full, I am now worried that I will lose my desirable seats from this glitch because I am about to do a cross-country drive and won't have internet access for a couple of days. Talk about frustrating!
I heard that the Assange Gang was launching a new attack on a bunch of consumer sites--could this be the cause?? This is a serious problem!!!
I hope you're not serious with that last part. All you have to do is call tomorrow and ask them to verify your seats. Relax.
