You don't need a PNR to check AS.com for meal service on your flight. Just check New Flight Reservation for your date. Then click Details for in flight meal/service.
Any why would you expect breakfast on your return red-eye? I'm not aware of any airline that serves breakfast at the tail end of any domestic red-eye flight, let alone a short 5-5.5 hour flight.
If it says snack I'd believe it especially since it's after 6pm. IAH-ANC leaves at 6:35pm and it's a snack as well. Could the 6:15 flight have been changed to 9:30? I couldn't find it on AS website or any other travel sites. Using the schedule tool on AS website it wasn't there either.
