A 6:15PM departure will be dinner, such as it is on AS. Although all I see this summer is a 9:30AM departure which says Lunch.
You don't need a PNR to check AS.com for meal service on your flight. Just check New Flight Reservation for your date. Then click Details for in flight meal/service.
Any why would you expect breakfast on your return red-eye? I'm not aware of any airline that serves breakfast at the tail end of any domestic red-eye flight, let alone a short 5-5.5 hour flight.
