Thanks - basically I should have opened a UA FF account (and used it when booking) before I clicked the submit button. Still, I'd only be able to take advantage of the DPS to JFK direction anyway - which probably is worth nothing.

Two other quick questions.

DPS - SIN - DOH - JFK
SIN is called a Technical Stop - 1hr 15mins. The stop comes up 2.5 hrs into the flight which leaves DPS at 22:40pm local.
Does anyone know whether it's compulsory to leave the plane, or can you just settle back and snooze on ? No issue on the way home, as stop comes up after a longish haul from DOH, and it will be the middle of the day.
Which lounge in DPS does Qatar use, and how do you rate it ?
