KLM staff travel department is issuing their ZED fares for staff M/C wich means they can travel Y or C on own carrier, Y class other carriers.
Unless their ticket says that they are travelling in C.
And if staff is upgraded when doors are closed, pls do not assign seat to staff or friend, next to paying passenger, when seats are free.
if no seat is free, do not upgrade them.

How do ZED fares work? I presume that the head office gets to decide who gets to fly C and Y depending on staff level and seniority and that staff are supposed to follow these rules?
