I agree whole heartedly with this particular point. Over the past few years I have made very good use of redemption availability for multiple pax flying in F particularly. On one trip four of us and all others either flown or booked three of us.

The fees and surcharges are a rip-off, but that's the rules of the game. You either accept them and play it to the max or move elsewhere to play!
