I don't think anybody is asking KLM management to take away the staff perk. The issue is not the KLM staff perk. There is a very clear policy for the staff perks which does include WBC travel to those entitled. I have no problem with this. What I do have a problem with is those not entitled to WBC travel as a staff perk being upgraded after the doors have closed.
