Last month on JAX-MIA I was told by FA in a very firm voice, " We don't offer it on this route and I've been with AE for decades". While earlier same day flying from MIA-JAX was offered complimentary items without asking. First time ever refused/denied on AE, may be I just met with somebody having an off day.
While on mainline AA, sometime FA have the manifest and sometime I've to flash the Black card
