My reservation for tomorrow now shows "executive room" for tomorrows stay!

I also, finally, got an answer from the guest relation. It is not possible to get a reduced rate for access to the lounge for one pax. I was also informed that amb/RA benefits are not normally given at reward nights. I thought this hotel was known for giving RA benefits at reward stays too... Maybe they have changed policy? However, I will get it.

About the missing amb. gift she told me they are currently working with the problem.

And at last, she told me she had handed my complain about the flooded floor to their engineering team. Seriously, I can not have been the only one complaining about this... It was easy to see that the floor outside the bathroom had been suffering from flooding! I am surprised that everybody seems to be surprised, like they don't know about it...

Normally I would not have written a complain about the missing amb. gift and the flooding floor, but as I had been in contact with this person at guest relation before, I wrote her an e-mail to tell about my last stay.
