The Envoy lounge is only for passengers on departing International flights.

On the return, after you clear customs and pass through security again, I am pretty certain that as a *G you will have access to the regular US Club, coming off an International same-day flight, but I'm not 100% sure. (Obviously if you are a PC member you will have access to the regular US Club.)
