special packaging required, best not to say anything about alchohol --- but once you raise the issue the agent has to go by the rules
this is SOP even if you will need agent help eventually.
Thanks for the clarification. I guess I just get used to F check-in agents in DEN always helping even if I say I can just do self check-in.
