Living in Memphis, it would be nice to have access to a hotel locally. Unfortunately, there is no *W property here. Hilton Brands are everywhere, and more new ones opening every other month.

Does *W market themselves to hotel developers and owners? Just curious as to why a top 25 market has no *W. We do have the Peabody, but would love to have the *W affiliation!
