It seems that there isn't a way to truly answer the issue.
I have actually taken a second room and paid for it, so it should generate some points with that. That said, the guy answering the phone says that an upgrade is possible, despite the high season. if I can get that, then I'm in business because the upgrade is from a one bedroom suite to a two bedroom suite, which fixes the problems of too many people and not enough beds. He says to call the day before we arrive.
