I would book at least a 2-hour connection. Aside from the practical reason of padding for potential delay of your inbound flight, you should take some time to enjoy the Envoy Lounge, which is much nicer than the regular US Clubs. Note, however, that you can only get access to the Envoy Lounge on your outbound flight.
