I was wondering the same thing. This morning there were many more nonstops BOS-MIA than there are now. Three of them went away in the last hour or two. (This is all on AA.com) For example, I was looking at May 27, BOS-MIA. There are currently 4 nonstops on AA, but a place like travelocity.com shows 7 of them, which is what AA.com showed earlier today.
