It is a kind of limbo where canceled reservations are processed. I made an award reservation back in October, canceled it, and forgot to request the refund. It stayed in "Inactive" until I actually clicked the refund request icon. The refund was processed in November but the reservation is still listed in both the Inactive tab and Canceled tab.
Called CO. I talked my cancelled reservation out of limbo. It's now soundly dead and my refund is (supposedly) on its way. Thanks for the advice.
