In normal circumstances no, as the humidifier should just bring the room back up to a more comfortable/normal level of humidity. If the machine is on your nightstand though and your phone is right next to it being "breathed" on then I would think it might be possible to trip the sticker. There are stories of people with iPods who go jogging and their sweat trips the stickers.
To the OP I would go the craigslist route at this point.
