I've got lots of experience with crediting QF flights to my BAEC account. The fare class will be shown if you click on the flight number when booking on the Qantas website.

I've never had a flight that didn't qualify for points. I've booked into Q and O class previously. In fact it can be quite generous. SYD to PER (just over 2000 miles) points earned me 30 TPs which is half of what I earned for SYD to LHR!
