Actually the only chain where soap/shampoo is not replinished regularly is at Westins. Is it because the shampoo bottles are larger than usual? I have found Westins to be be stingy on the Molton Brown. Although whats even worse is at Renaissance. Almost always they throw away the soap after only 1 use. I don't mind using the soap over and over again until its almost impossible to hold it !! But I don't mind - 2 of my girlfriends love the Bath & Body Works (Organic) stuff and theres no pleasing the other anyway.
