still awaiting to hear from the GM on how they will make it up to me, was given a 20% off next visit but said it wasn't good since it meant having to return to that hotel which I really didnt want to do. Also NO daily newspaper although Im a Gold and it is one of the benefits that we are suppose to get.</font>
