Had a 4 Points stay for a week over seas last month and it took 2 days to replace the shower gel in the bath. There was no individual soap or shampoo, only the dispenser in the tub and one by the sink.

still awaiting to hear from the GM on how they will make it up to me, was given a 20% off next visit but said it wasn't good since it meant having to return to that hotel which I really didnt want to do. Also NO daily newspaper although Im a Gold and it is one of the benefits that we are suppose to get.
