I had pleasant stays at six of the properties I booked through Agoda and rated them accordingly. One property, however, had absolutely dreadful service and I submitted a review as such... but Agoda has failed to post it.
I find this very disappointing as it calls into question the validity of all the other reviews. I like the idea of being able to read reviews from other travelers before booking a hotel, but now that I know that Agoda is censoring the review process to allow only favorable reviews, it makes all of their reviews pretty much worthless since I now question how many people had bad experiences but had their reviews censored by the website.
I have seen reviews that are not favorable to the hotel on the Agoda site. Many reviews have more -s than +s in their review of the property
