Help please, confused re "first class" option on redemption on Air New Zealand
Hi all , just rang the call centre about 2 one way flights from LAX to LHR in first. Was offered 2 seats in Air New Zealand in first or business. I thought Air New Zealand only has business premier ( and no first class as such). I thought business premier was business class ( and thus 1.5 x economy redemption levels). Please can anyone help?
