hello, im so sorry for the late reply, but i just started working in Grand Hyatt Seoul and I found your complaint. I was also surprised when the staff explained about the policy of no tattoos in the swimming pool and spa. Even though Im Korean, Korea is not a really open-minded country yet, haha. It is just a tradition that people might feel uncomfortable seeing tattoos which is the reason why they prohibited tattoos in the outdoor facilities. But, I am so sorry that you feel ofended and embarrased in your experience in Korea, normally our staffs are really polite and kind but I guess your experience was an exception. Visit us in the future and try to find the difference in us. Anyway, tattoos are really cool and Im sure that yours also are. Even though this is a really late reply to your complaint, I hope you feel better than before

. Thank you for your comments, which are really helpful for us to provide better service in the future.
