Yes I'm following them and even better, they follow me. I tweet them when they are great & when I need help and have always got a quick response to any issue. Be aware you should follow @British_airways if you are in the UK and @britishAirways for the USA. I also follow @Iberia_en the uk twitter feed (who
also follw me) for Iberia as I use them quite a bit too. ... Oh god, and the @easyjetcare (which makes me laugh everytime I use it for the obvious irony!)

Also follow Heathrow, Gatwick & London City as I found their updates during the snow disruption hugely accurate as was the BA, IB, VS and airports for getting the most accurate information fast.
