Cancellation of travel rewards go there too, awaiting disposition. At least the two that I cancelled in December went there. So if you want to redeposit or reschedule, check this tab. My refunds sometimes show there but usuallly with an "Error" icon on the sheet received after clicking "View" Also, if you are not sure about a refund, call with the confirmation number to confirm.
