at what point does a practice become standard and no longer an exploitation. or vice versa...
is it an exploitation when the company knows about the loophole and permits/allows you to take full advantage it?
are taking advantage of grey areas and loop holes when filing tax returns an exploitation? for example.
or is it just an exploitation when you didn't think of it and someone else gets the advantage. (the 'you' in this paragraph does not refer to anyone in particular)
